Monitoring and Evaluation
We prove we are effective by Monitoring and Evaluating the services we provide.

The monitoring and evaluation is an essential part of the day to day running of the centre as well as forward planning of any new initiatives.
Monitoring the attendances and registrations helps us track which groups/sessions are well attended and which are not, enabling us to ensure that we keep within the Every Child Matters agenda (BE HEALTHY, STAY SAFE, ENJOY & ACHIEVE, MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION and ACHIEVE ECONOMIC WELLBEING.)
We evaluate whether our groups/sessions/courses etc are useful and whether or not we need to change or revamp any areas to meet the needs of the community. The information obtained from evaluation is also used for government statistics.

It is important that we get the opinions and views of you all so if you would like to be involved in the running of the programme please contact us.
